Gradings Explained

We grade all of our devices on their cosmetic condition for full clarity so you know what to expect when you receive your quality item from Preloved Tech. 

Mobile Phone & Tablet Grading:

Grade A: Excellent
- Device is in excellent condition with only very light signs of use
- The device may have one or 2 very light marks or scratches
- The device has been fully checked and is sold with no functional faults or damage
- Device comes with a working battery that will power the unit for a minimum of 30 mins

Grade B: Very Good
- Device is in very good condition with light to moderate signs of use
- The device will have some light scratches or scuffs
- The device has been fully checked and is sold with no functional faults or damage
- Device comes with a working battery that will power the unit for a minimum of 30 mins

Grade C: Good
- Device is in good condition with moderate signs of use that are quite obvious
- The device will have moderate to heavy signs of use - multiple scratches or scuffs to the unit
- The keyboard and trackpad may have some obvious wear
- The device has been fully checked and is sold with no functional faults or damage
- Device will have reduce capacity battery and may require frequent charging, however will power the unit for around 30 mins.

Laptop & Mac Grading

Grade A: Excellent
